In 2019, I was working as a retail store manager. I had been in retail for several years, and I hated every minute. One day, I said out loud to no one, “Get me out of this job. I can’t do this anymore.” The next day I got word that the entire company was closing down.
I knew that was my moment to finally start my own business, so I did. In 2020 I filed the paperwork for my LLC, and I’ve been a business owner ever since.

📖 I love reading thrillers, dystopian sci-fi, and romantic suspense. My least favorite genres are fantasy and historical fiction.
📚 I prefer series to standalones because I love when a character from one book makes a surprise appearance in another book!
🧠 I have obsessive-compulsive disorder, and reading has always been my biggest comfort and coping skill.
🍣 My favorite food is sushi. I live for spicy tuna rolls.
🐶 I have 3 dogs: a Saint Bernard mix named Murphy, and 2 Chihuahua mixes named Bella and Gus.
